Nexus Uranium adds Jon Winter to advisory board

Nexus Uranium Corp. (CSE: NEXU) (OTCQB: GIDMF) (FSE: JA7) announced the appointment of Jon Winter to its advisory board, effective December 1, 2025.

Winter brings over 40 years of experience in environmental permitting, regulatory affairs, and mine-site operations across North America and Central America. He has worked on permits for development projects and operating facilities, including involvement with the permitting of enCore Energy's Dewey-Burdock project.

His experience includes operational work at in-situ uranium and surface gold mining operations in Wyoming, South Dakota, Washington State, Colorado, and Honduras. Winter has participated in securing permits and approvals from federal and state agencies including the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

"His hands-on operational background at in-situ uranium facilities, combined with his track record of securing permits from federal and state agencies, will be invaluable as we advance our U.S. uranium projects toward development."

Winter holds degrees in Biology and Rangeland Ecology from Mesa State College and the University of Wyoming.

The company granted Winter 30,000 restricted share units under its omnibus equity incentive compensation plan. The RSUs vest in 25% tranches over 12 months beginning on the grant date, with each unit entitling the holder to one common share upon vesting.

Nexus Uranium operates five uranium projects in the United States and one in Saskatchewan, Canada.
