Nano Labs director Nan Hu resigns effective August 31
Nano Labs Ltd (Nasdaq: NA) announced that Nan Hu has resigned as a director of the company, effective August 31, 2026.
According to a press release from the Hong Kong-based company, Hu's departure is not expected to affect ongoing operations or existing business strategies.
Jianping Kong, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nano Labs, said, "On behalf of the board of directors and the management team, I would like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Hu for his service and contributions to Nano Labs."
The company did not disclose a reason for the resignation or announce a replacement.
