MillerKnoll director Candace Matthews resigns

MillerKnoll, Inc. (NASDAQ: MLKN), a leader in the office furniture industry, announced the upcoming departure of board member Candace Matthews. Her resignation, effective February 15, 2025, was reported on Thursday, with the company stating that her decision to step down was not due to any disagreement with the company's operations, policies, or practices.

Matthews, who has been a part of the MillerKnoll board for four years, informed the board of her intention to resign on Sunday. The company expressed gratitude for her service and contributions during her tenure and wished her well in her retirement.
