Manhattan Associates elects former Salesforce CIO to its board

Manhattan Associates Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH) has elected Juan Perez to its board of directors, effective January 28, 2027, according to a company statement.

Perez most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Salesforce Inc., where he oversaw Global IT, Global Business Services, Data & Analytics, and Transformation. He also helped establish Salesforce's AI Council.

Before Salesforce, Perez spent more than 30 years at UPS, where he held the role of Chief Information and Engineering Officer and served on the Executive Leadership Team.

Thomas E. Noonan, Lead Independent Director of Manhattan Associates' board, said Perez's "extensive business leadership, strategic technology and digital commerce expertise, and successful tenure in senior operating roles" position him to contribute to the company.

Perez currently serves on the boards of Wabtec Corporation, American International Group Inc. (AIG), and Nexcess Corp.
