MNTN adds former T-Mobile executive Mike Katz to its board

MNTN (NYSE: MNTN), a Connected TV advertising technology platform, announced that Mike Katz, former Chief Business & Product Officer at T-Mobile, has joined its Board of Directors.
Katz spent nearly 30 years at T-Mobile, where he helped shape the company's Un-carrier strategy and led marketing, strategy, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions. He continues to serve as a strategic advisor to T-Mobile's CEO.
During his tenure at T-Mobile, Katz also served as President of the T-Mobile Business Group, overseeing enterprise and government partnerships. He was involved in launching Project 10Million, an initiative aimed at connecting K-12 students with free or subsidized internet service. Forbes named him one of its 50 Most Influential CMOs for three consecutive years.
Mark Douglas, President and CEO of MNTN, said in a statement: "Mike's experience building innovative products, scaling businesses and creating a category-defining brand will be invaluable as MNTN enters its next phase of growth."
Katz commented on his appointment: "Television has always been where brands make their biggest moves, and MNTN is redefining what that moment can do for businesses of all sizes."
