Littelfuse adds Trane Technologies executive to board

Littelfuse Inc. (NASDAQ: LFUS) appointed Holly B. Paeper to its board of directors, effective March 4, 2026, according to a company statement. Paeper will also serve on the Technology Committee.
Paeper currently serves as President, Commercial HVAC Americas, for Trane Technologies, where she leads thermal management, building technologies and energy services operations for commercial, industrial, and data center customers. She previously held the position of President of Trane Technologies' global Life Science Solutions business from 2021 to 2024.
Before joining Trane Technologies, Paeper held executive positions at Corning, Eaton, and Intel in areas including general management, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, product management, and marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
Paeper currently sits on the board of directors of Mitsubishi Trane HVAC US and previously served on the board of LiquidStack from 2023 to 2025.
"Holly brings a unique perspective that aligns with our mission of enabling safe and efficient electrical energy transfer," said Gordon Hunter, Littelfuse Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the statement.
Littelfuse manufactures electrical components and solutions across industrial, transportation, and electronics markets. The Chicago-based company operates in more than 20 countries with approximately 17,000 employees.
