Lineage, Inc. (NASDAQ: LINE) has appointed Paul Beiboer to its board of directors, effective September 23, 2026, according to a company statement. Beiboer will also serve on the board's Talent and Compensation Committee.
Beiboer spent more than 30 years at Rabobank, where he held the role of chief executive officer of its North American operations, and previously served as CEO of its European operations outside the Netherlands. He currently holds several board and advisory positions across the financial services, food, and agriculture sectors.
The appointment follows the departure of James Wyper from the board. Luke Taylor, an existing board member, will continue to represent Stonepeak Aspen Holdings LLC on the board following Wyper's transition.
Greg Lehmkuhl, president and CEO of Lineage, said in the statement: "On behalf of the Board and Lineage's executive leadership team, I am pleased to welcome Paul to the Board and look forward to the valuable perspectives his global leadership and deep understanding of our industry will bring as we continue to advance Lineage's long-term strategy."
Lineage operates a network of 498 temperature-controlled warehouse facilities totaling approximately 88 million square feet across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, as of June 30, 2026.
