Lightspeed Commerce adds Rupal Hollenbeck to its board
Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (NYSE: LSPD, TSX: LSPD) announced the appointment of Rupal Hollenbeck to its board of directors, effective October 1, 2026, according to a company press release.
Hollenbeck currently serves as president and chief business officer of NextSilicon, a computing solutions company focused on AI and high-performance computing. She previously held the role of president and chief commercial officer at Check Point Software Technologies, overseeing global go-to-market operations. Her career also includes chief marketing officer positions at Cerebras Systems and Oracle, as well as senior roles at Intel spanning the data center business and the Asia-Pacific region. She also serves on the board of Cequence Security, a privately held enterprise software security company.
"Rupal's combination of operating leadership, commercial expertise, and global perspective will be an invaluable addition to our Board," said Manon Brouillette, executive chair of Lightspeed's board.
Separately, Lightspeed announced that board member Nathalie Gaveau will step down effective September 30, 2026.
Lightspeed, founded in Montreal in 2005, provides point-of-sale and payments technology to retail, golf, and hospitality businesses in over 100 countries.
