Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has appointed Jeff McElfresh, chief operating officer of AT&T (NYSE: T), to its board of directors, effective October 1, according to a company press release.
McElfresh has spent more than 30 years at AT&T, where he currently oversees a $250 billion nationwide connectivity infrastructure transformation.
