Lattice Semiconductor adds two directors to its board

Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC) appointed John McCool and Raejeanne Skillern to its board of directors, effective Oct. 21, 2026, according to a company statement.

McCool brings more than four decades of experience in semiconductors, networking, and systems engineering. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Arista Networks. He previously held roles at Dell EMC, Firetide, and Cisco Systems, where he led the data center switching business, as well as engineering positions at SynOptics, NeXT Computer, and AMD.

Skillern previously served on the Lattice board from 2022 to 2024. She is the former Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Amazon Web Services and former President of the Communications, Enterprise & Cloud division at Flex Ltd. She spent 25 years at Intel Corporation, including as Vice President and General Manager of the Cloud Service Provider Group. She currently serves on the boards of Jabil Inc. and Dycom Industries, Inc.
