Keysight appoints Keith Jensen to board of directors

Keysight Technologies Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) appointed Keith Jensen as a director to its board, effective immediately, according to a company statement.

Jensen previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Fortinet, a network security solutions provider, and held the position of Chief Accounting Officer at the same company. His career spans over 40 years in finance and technology roles, including Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Controller at DataDirect Networks, Chief Accounting Officer at Sybase, and Chief Financial Officer of Dorado Network Systems Corporation.

"We are pleased to welcome Keith to Keysight's Board," said Ron Nersesian, Chair of the Keysight Board of Directors. "He has a wealth of relevant experience that will be valuable as we continue to drive long-term value creation."

Keysight provides design, emulation, and test solutions for engineers across communications, industrial automation, aerospace and defense, automotive, semiconductor, and general electronics markets. The company is based in Santa Rosa, California.
