Jayden Resources names Alexander McAulay as director
Jayden Resources Inc. (TSXV: JDN) (OTCQB: JDNRF) announced director changes March 4, with Queenie Kuang resigning from the board and Alexander McAulay joining as her replacement.
McAulay, a certified public accountant, serves as CEO and owner of Treewalk Ventures Inc., an accounting firm with over 50 professionals that provides services to public companies. The company described McAulay as having experience in accounting, business development, and public company leadership, including guiding organizations through public listings, mergers, and strategic growth initiatives.
Following the changes, Jayden Resources' board consists of three directors: David Eaton, Denise Lok, and McAulay. The company thanked Kuang for her service and wished her success in future endeavors.
The information was disclosed in a press release statement from the Vancouver-based company.
