Intrusion Inc. (NASDAQ: INTZ) today announced the appointment of Dion Hinchcliffe to the Company's Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2024.
"We are very pleased to have Dion join the Intrusion Board of Directors," said Anthony J. LeVecchio, Intrusion's Chairman of the Board. "Dion brings extensive experience in information technology, business strategy, next-generation enterprises, and AI, having consulted Fortune 1000 companies, the federal government, and the internet startup community. His expertise will help Intrusion further our go-market-strategy and aid in our focus to provide customers with the tools they need to eliminate the cyber threats that they encounter."
Dion Hinchcliffe is currently the Vice President of CIO Practice at The Futurum Group and an executive fellow at Dartmouth College's Tuck Center for Digital Strategies. Prior to joining The Futurum Group, Dion was the VP and Principal Analyst of Constellation Research, where he researched and advised clients on the issues of enterprise technology leadership, digital transformation, and stakeholder experience. Dion is regarded as one of the most influential figures in the digital workplace, customer experience, and enterprise IT. He is the winner of the Upsilon Pi Epsilon computer science award for his work in natural language systems and has been a lead enterprise architect at T. Rowe Price, the Missile Defense Agency, and Nevada Power Company.
