IM Cannabis director Alon Dayan resigns for personal reasons

IM Cannabis Corp. (Nasdaq: IMCC) announced that Alon Dayan has resigned from the company's board of directors for personal reasons, according to a press release from the medical cannabis company.

The board and management of the Toronto- and Glil Yam, Israel-based company said they thanked Dayan for his service and contributions during his tenure.

IM Cannabis operates a medical cannabis platform in Israel and Germany, where it distributes cannabis to pharmacies through its subsidiary Adjupharm GmbH.
