Health Catalyst adds Tami Reller to its board of directors

Health Catalyst, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCAT) announced the appointment of Tami Reller to its board of directors, effective October 1, 2026. Reller will also serve as audit chair and as a member of the compensation committee, both effective the same date.

Reller brings experience from both the healthcare and technology sectors. She previously held leadership roles at Duly Health and Care, one of the largest independent physician groups in the U.S., serving as President from 2021 to 2022, CEO from 2022 to 2023, and executive chair from 2023 to 2024. She also held senior executive positions at Microsoft and served in multiple roles at UnitedHealth Group subsidiaries, including executive vice president and chief marketing and experience officer of UnitedHealthcare, and chief growth officer, chief financial officer, and chief marketing officer of Optum.

Reller has served on the board of SPS Commerce, Inc. (NASDAQ) since 2016, including five years as board chair, and previously served on the board of Avalara Inc. (formerly NASDAQ) from 2014 until its acquisition in 2022.

The announcement follows the naming of Simeon Kohl as Health Catalyst's Chief Executive Officer and President, effective September 14, 2026.
