Group Eleven adds Barry O'Shea to its board at August AGM
Group Eleven Resources Corp. (TSXV: ZNG) (OTCQB: GRLVF) (FSE: 3GE) announced that Barry O'Shea will stand for election to its board of directors at the company's Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 11, 2026.
O'Shea will replace Alessandro Bitelli, who is retiring from the board and will not stand for re-election at the meeting. Bitelli served as a director for approximately eight and a half years.
O'Shea is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Highland Copper Company Inc. (TSXV: HI). He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Fiore Gold Ltd. from 2018 to 2021, a company that was subsequently sold to Calibre Mining Corp. in January 2022. Prior to that role, he held positions of Vice President Finance and Vice President Business Development at New Gold Inc. from 2010 to 2017.
