Greenland Energy Company (NASDAQ: GLND) announced the resignation of Roderick McIllree from its Board of Directors, according to a press release dated Oct. 21, 2026.
McIllree also ceased serving in all other roles, positions, and assignments he held with the company upon his resignation. The company stated that his departure was not the result of any disagreement over the company's operations, policies, or practices.
Greenland Energy is an oil and gas exploration company focused on the Jameson Land Basin in East Greenland, an onshore licensed area of approximately two million acres.
