Graco names Donaldson CEO Richard Lewis to its board

Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) has appointed Richard B. Lewis to its board of directors, effective December 3, 2026, the Minneapolis-based company announced.
Lewis is president and chief executive officer of Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), a position he has held since March 2026. He also serves on Donaldson's board. Before becoming CEO, Lewis served as Donaldson's chief operating officer and held senior leadership roles overseeing global operations and serving as president of its Mobile Solutions and Life Sciences businesses.
Lewis holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Louisville and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
Lewis will serve on Graco's Audit Committee.
J. Kevin Gilligan, Graco's chairman of the board, said in a statement: "Rich's operational and commercial experience and his successful track record in senior leadership positions at a public manufacturing company make him an excellent fit for the Graco Board. He has played an integral role in developing and executing successful strategies in a global organization."
