Graco director Carter resigns from board effective February 13

Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced that Brett C. Carter resigned from the company's board of directors effective February 13, 2026.

Carter notified the board on February 12 of his decision to step down to pursue other commitments, according to the company. His resignation was not related to any disagreement with the board or management regarding company operations, policies or practices.

Carter served on the board's Audit Committee and Management Organization and Compensation Committee. His board term was scheduled to expire at the company's 2027 annual shareholder meeting.
