FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) announced that board member Silvia Davila resigned from the company's board of directors effective June 8, 2026.
The board accepted Davila's resignation upon recommendation from the Governance, Safety, and Public Policy Committee. Davila submitted her resignation in connection with a change in her principal employment, as required by the company's corporate governance guidelines.
The resignation was not the result of any disagreement with FedEx regarding the company's operations, policies, or practices, according to the company's statement.
