Everspin Technologies adds semiconductor veteran to its board

Everspin Technologies (NASDAQ: MRAM) has appointed Vikas Choudhary to its board of directors, effective August 10, 2026, according to a press release from the company.
Choudhary currently serves as senior vice president and general manager of the Connectivity and Storage Business Unit at MaxLinear, where he oversees business and product strategy for data center, cloud network and enterprise markets. He joined MaxLinear in 2024, previously serving as vice president of marketing and sales at pSemi Corporation, a Murata company. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Texas Instruments, PMC-Sierra, Microsemi and Analog Devices, and began his career as a mixed-signal designer at STMicroelectronics.
Choudhary holds a Master of Science in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Sanjeev Aggarwal, president and CEO of Everspin Technologies, cited Choudhary's experience in data center and AI infrastructure as relevant to the company's efforts to expand adoption of its STT-MRAM products.
The appointment follows the retirement of Lawrence Finch from Everspin's board, effective August 4, 2026.
