Earthwise Minerals Corp. (CSE: WISE, FSE: 966, OTCQB: EWISF) has appointed Andy Randell, P.Geo., to its board of directors, according to a company statement. Randell had previously served as a geological advisor to the Vancouver-based junior exploration company.

Randell brings more than two decades of experience in mineral exploration, with a focus on structural geology, project generation, and gold exploration. He has held roles with Victoria Gold Corp. and Ryan Gold Corp. and founded SGDS Hive, a geological consulting group, in 2013. He also serves as founder, CEO, chief geologist, and director of Aeonian Resources Corp.

He received the Canadian Young Mining Leaders Award from the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum in 2016 and the Association for Mineral Exploration's Special Tribute Award in 2020.

CEO Mark Luchinski said Randell's decision to join the board "comes at an important time," noting his involvement in technical discussions related to the company's Iron Range Gold Project in southeastern British Columbia.

Randell stated that gold mineralization was intersected in all three drill holes of the company's 2026 program and that he looks forward to "contributing both technically and at the Board level as Earthwise evaluates the next phase of work."

Earthwise holds an option to earn up to an 80% interest in the Iron Range Gold Project, which covers a 10 km by 32 km area near Creston, British Columbia.
