EDAP appoints David Horn to board of directors

EDAP TMS S.A. (NASDAQ: EDAP) announced the appointment of David Horn to its board of directors, effective February 11, 2026. Horn will serve on the company's audit committee and nominations committee.
Horn currently serves as president and chief financial officer of Seer, Inc., a position he has held since 2023. He originally joined Seer as chief financial officer in 2020. Prior to Seer, Horn spent more than 20 years at Morgan Stanley as a managing director in the healthcare investment banking group, where he led the firm's global life science tools and diagnostics practice.
Horn holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He has also held leadership roles at RITA Medical Systems and Chemdex Corporation.
"David brings deep capital markets expertise, strong operating leadership, and extensive experience across the medical device industry," said Lance Willsey, chairman of EDAP's board, according to the company's statement.
The company also announced that Glen French stepped down from the board of directors, effective February 10, 2026.
EDAP develops and manufactures medical devices using ultrasound technology for minimally invasive treatments. The company's Focal One system is used for prostate focal therapy in Europe and the United States.
