DexCom, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXCM) has appointed Glenn Boehnlein to its Board of Directors, effective September 10, 2026, according to a company statement.

Boehnlein most recently served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Stryker Corporation from 2016 to 2025, followed by an advisory role to Stryker's CEO from 2025 to 2026. Before becoming Stryker's CFO, he held senior finance positions within the company, including CFO of the MedSurg and Neurotechnology Group and CFO of the Endoscopy Division. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP and CFO of MyPrimeTime.

Boehnlein currently serves on the boards of Inogen, Inc., where he chairs the Audit Committee, and Agilent Technologies, Inc. He also serves on the board of Sutter Health. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in professional accountancy from Mississippi State University.

Jake Leach, president and CEO of Dexcom, said the company launched a search earlier this year for an independent director with MedTech experience. "Glenn's extensive leadership at one of the most respected MedTech companies in the world makes him a perfect fit," Leach said.
