Decoy Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: DCOY) announced that stockholders elected Patricia Gauthier, MBA, LL.B., as a Class II director at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, held July 14, 2026.

Gauthier joins Class II directors Rick Pierce and Jon Lieber, both of whom were re-elected at the same meeting.

Gauthier has served as Senior Vice President and Regional Head for Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom at Moderna since 2025, overseeing strategy and operations across biomanufacturing, national health security partnerships, and commercialization. She previously served as General Manager of Moderna Canada, where she helped oversee delivery of more than 50 million COVID-19 vaccine doses and helped secure a biomanufacturing partnership with the Government of Canada. She also held senior leadership roles at GSK across vaccines, specialty care, market access, and government affairs, and began her career as a lawyer at McCarthy Tétrault.

Pierce, who serves as Chief Executive Officer of Decoy Therapeutics, said Gauthier's experience building commercial organizations and delivering medicines across borders would support the company's antiviral programs as they advance toward clinical trials.

Decoy Therapeutics is a biotechnology company focused on developing what it calls Designable Multi-Antivirals, or D-MAVs, a category of antivirals designed to target shared viral mechanisms. The company's lead candidates target multiple respiratory viruses.
