Computer Modelling Group elects board directors, names new chair

Computer Modelling Group Ltd. (TSX: CMG) announced that all seven director nominees were elected at its annual shareholder meeting held September 4, 2025, according to a company statement.

The voting results showed Birgit Troy received the highest support at 99.869% of votes cast, while Peter H. Kinash received the lowest at 84.079%. The complete slate included Alexander M. Davern (91.823%), Kenneth M. Dedeluk (90.737%), Anuroop Duggal (92.102%), Pramod Jain (99.097%), and Andrew Pastor (98.389%).

Following the meeting, the board appointed Andrew Pastor as the new Chair of the Board of Directors, replacing the previous chair.

The Calgary-based software and consulting company stated that all other shareholder resolutions presented at the meeting were also approved. Additional voting details have been filed on SEDAR+ regulatory database.

Computer Modelling Group develops software and provides consulting services for subsurface and surface challenges in the energy industry. The company operates offices across multiple countries including the United States, Norway, Germany, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Colombia, Brazil, India, and Malaysia.
