BitFrontier Capital appoints Ancient Extracts UK co-founder to board

BitFrontier Capital Holdings, Inc. (OTCID: BFCH), operating as UNLOCKD Inc., announced the appointment of Jamie Jarrett, co-founder of Ancient Extracts UK, to its board of directors, effective immediately.

Jarrett co-founded Ancient Extracts UK with Stephen Wycherley. The company sells functional mushroom products, botanical wellness solutions, and other health-focused consumer products to customers in the United Kingdom. According to unaudited figures provided by Ancient Extracts UK management, the business generates approximately £72,000 (about $97,000) in monthly revenue, representing an annualized run rate of approximately £864,000 (about $1.16 million).

Ancient Extracts UK projects it could reach an annualized revenue run rate of approximately $5.0 million within 12 months, contingent on securing growth capital. The company noted that actual results may differ materially from that projection.

Prior to co-founding Ancient Extracts UK, Jarrett built and exited several ventures across multiple industries. His background includes ecommerce, digital advertising, customer acquisition, and wellness product commercialization.

UNLOCKD said the two organizations have been collaborating on ecommerce strategy, digital marketing, product sourcing, and commercialization efforts over recent months.

UNLOCKD describes its business strategy as focused on acquiring and scaling consumer brands across wellness, cognitive health, functional products, and related categories.
