Battery X Metals names Nicholas Reichenbach to its board
Battery X Metals Inc. (CSE: BATX)(OTCQB: BATXF)(FSE: 5YW0) announced the appointment of Nicholas Reichenbach as an independent director, effective October 1, 2026.
Reichenbach is currently Managing Partner of Evolver Ventures Inc., an investment and operating platform focused on consumer and technology-enabled businesses. His prior roles include senior executive positions at Magmic Games, an early mobile game developer, and founder of Rabbit, a venture-backed social video platform. He also served as Chairman of GuestDriven, a hospitality technology platform.
Reichenbach founded Flow Water Inc. and led the company through its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2021, building its distribution across tens of thousands of retail locations and attracting institutional capital in the process.
Massimo Bellini Bressi, Chief Executive Officer of Battery X Metals, said Reichenbach "has built technology businesses, established strategic partnerships, raised institutional capital and led a company through significant growth and into the public markets."
Upon his appointment, the company's board will consist of five directors, with three independents: Reichenbach, Martino Ciambrelli, and Howard Blank.
In a separate disclosure, the company corrected a clerical error from its August 12, 2026 news release regarding the Y Lithium Project. The extension-of-time deposit submitted to the Government of Saskatchewan was C$22,608.15, not C$21,133.83 as previously reported, a difference of C$1,474.32.
Battery X Metals is developing a patent-pending lithium-ion battery rebalancing technology through its wholly-owned subsidiary Battery X Rebalancing Technologies Inc. The company said current activities include real-world testing across electric vehicle platforms and development of an integrated hardware and software platform.
