Bairong names Hong Hao as non-executive director

Bairong Inc. (HKEx: 6608) has appointed Hong Hao, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Lotus Asset Management, as a non-executive director, according to a press release from the company.

Hong Hao has nearly three decades of experience in global macro research and cross-border markets. He previously held positions at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, China International Capital Corporation (CICC), and BOCOM International.

The company said Hong Hao is expected to contribute to strategic planning around artificial intelligence and capital market analysis. His role will also include supporting capital market value management and investor communications.
