BRP Inc. (DOOO) Announces Board Changes

The Board of Directors of BRP Inc. (NASDAQ: DOOO) announces that, for personal reasons, Ms. Estelle Métayer has tendered her resignation as Director of the Company, effective today. Ms. Métayer served on the Board of Directors of the Company since 2014.

"The Board of Directors extends its heartfelt thanks to Estelle for her contributions to the Company and the guidance she has provided over the last decade," said José Boisjoli, Chair of the Board of Directors of BRP. "Her strategic insights and leadership in governance have helped guide the Company through pivotal moments.
