Andrew Schaap resigns from AIAI Holdings board

Andrew Schaap notified the board of directors of AIAI Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: AIAI) of his resignation as a director, effective July 31, 2026.

According to a statement from the company, Schaap's resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the company or its board regarding operations, policies, or practices.
