Nike, Inc. (NYSE: NKE) has appointed Alexandre Arnault to its board of directors, the company announced in a press release.
Arnault currently serves as Deputy CEO of Moët Hennessy, the wines and spirits division of LVMH, a position he has held since February 2025. Prior to that role, he spent four years as Executive Vice President of Product, Communications and Industrial at Tiffany & Co.
Earlier in his career, Arnault led LVMH's acquisition of RIMOWA and served as that company's CEO for four years. He also held roles focused on digital innovation and technology investment at LVMH and Agache, following earlier positions at McKinsey & Company and KKR.
Arnault currently sits on the board of directors at LVMH and serves as a trustee of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. He has previously served on the boards of Carrefour, Birkenstock, and Moncler.
"Alexandre has earned a reputation for helping iconic global brands evolve, innovate and grow in a changing, complex marketplace," said Mark Parker, Executive Chairman of Nike. Parker added that the appointment reflects the company's "commitment to strong governance and thoughtful board succession."
Arnault holds a degree from Télécom Paris and a master's degree from École Polytechnique.
