Agereh Technologies board and management see multiple departures

Agereh Technologies Inc. (TSXV: AUTO) announced the resignation of four board members and executives, according to a press release dated September 16, 2026.

James Plumptre and Rosemin Amlani both resigned as directors of the Calgary, Alberta-based company, effective September 16, 2026. Ken Brizel resigned as director, Chief Executive Officer, and President, and Joanna Hampton resigned as Chief Financial Officer, with both departures effective September 18, 2026.

The company said it will provide further updates regarding the composition of its board of directors and management team.
