Aeries Technology creates independent advisory board
Aeries Technology (NASDAQ: AERT) announced the formation of an Independent Strategic Advisory Board to support the company's strategic growth initiatives, according to a press release Monday.
The advisory board will work with Aeries' management team to advance strategic priorities and identify commercial opportunities. Ramesh Venkataraman, a private-equity investor and former McKinsey partner, will chair the board.
Venkataraman is the founder and managing partner at Avest and has held senior leadership roles at Bridgepoint and McKinsey. He has advised global clients across financial services, infrastructure, and technology sectors.
"We're assembling a group of experienced leaders with a clear mandate: to add real value," Venkataraman said. "This Board is built to inform strategic choices, provide insights into clients and what matters most to them, and help Aeries shape its offerings."
Ajay Khare, CEO of Aeries Technology, said the advisory board brings perspective and experience to enhance the company's execution capabilities.
Aeries Technology provides AI-powered value creation, business transformation, and Global Capability Center delivery services for private-equity portfolio companies. The company was founded in 2012 and has received Great Place to Work Certification for two consecutive years.
