Accuray director Byron Scott to retire from board December 31

Accuray Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARAY) announced that Byron C. Scott, a Class II director, will retire from the company's board of directors effective December 31, 2025.

Scott informed the board on December 27 of his decision to step down from his position and all board committees on which he serves. The company stated that Scott's retirement is not related to any disagreement with the company, the board, or matters concerning operations, policies or practices.
