Jennifer L. Davis notified AbbVie Inc.'s (NYSE: ABBV) Board of Directors on October 28, 2026, of her intent to resign as a Class II director, effective November 2, 2026.
Davis cited her recent appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Align Technology, Inc. as the reason for her departure from the board.
According to the filing, her resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with AbbVie regarding the company's operations, policies, or practices.
