emeis appoints Jean-Marc Boursier as deputy CEO
French healthcare company emeis (Euronext Paris: EMEIS) announced that Jean-Marc Boursier has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and corporate officer, effective July 1, 2026.
The Board of Directors made the appointment on April 24, 2026, following a recommendation from Chief Executive Officer Laurent Guillot. Boursier previously held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer without board status.
Boursier will retain his role as Group Chief Financial Officer while taking on expanded responsibilities as a corporate officer. He currently oversees Finance, Procurement and IT functions, as well as operations in Central Europe and Latin America.
The executive joined emeis on September 1, 2024, as Group CFO and was promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer without board status on April 1, 2025. Prior to joining emeis, Boursier served as CFO and COO of SUEZ Group.
