dynaCERT names John Amodeo as chief financial officer
DynaCERT Inc. (TSX: DYA) (OTCQB: DYFSF) (FRA: DMJ) appointed John Amodeo as chief financial officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.
Amodeo joined dynaCERT's board of directors in July and previously served as chair of the company's audit committee before accepting the CFO role. He resigned from the audit committee position to take on his new responsibilities.
The new CFO brings over 40 years of business experience, including roles in the North American metals and steel industry. His previous positions include executive vice president and CFO at Samuel, Son & Co., Limited, and similar roles at Samuel Manu-Tech Inc. and Bracknell Corporation. He also served as senior vice president of finance and CFO at Molson Breweries and worked in the auditing practice at Coopers & Lybrand.
Amodeo holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Toronto and attended Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development. He is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants Canada and CPA Ontario.
Jean-Pierre Colin, who served as interim CFO since March 31, 2023, will continue as executive vice president and remains on the board of directors as corporate secretary.

DynaCERT manufactures carbon emission reduction technology and proprietary telematics systems designed for internal combustion engines used in various applications including vehicles, construction equipment, and power generation.
