Zephyr, a subsidiary of Informa plc (LSE: INF), announced a strategic partnership with Aapryl to provide investment professionals with analytics tools designed to evaluate investment skill and performance.

The partnership integrates Aapryl's Manager Skills Reporting into Zephyr's dashboard, offering what the companies describe as tools to isolate active investment decisions and distinguish investment skill from market-driven performance. The system uses regression methodology and portfolio replication techniques.

"As a PSN data distribution partner, Aapryl offers unprecedented visibility into what sets top performers apart," said Chris Volpe, Managing Director of Wealth Management Solutions and Head of Zephyr. "By focusing on sustainable skills rather than just returns, Aapryl helps managers demonstrate their value effectively to institutional consultants and investors."

The integration includes features such as Skill Factor Analysis, peer group comparisons, and consultant-ready metrics. Asset managers can access style analysis, clone portfolio creation, and factor-based insights through the platform.

David P. Andrade, General Manager of Aapryl, stated that the partnership represents "a shift from performance reporting to skill reporting" in how managers differentiate themselves.

Aapryl operates as a subsidiary of Xponance, which manages over $22 billion in assets under management. Zephyr provides asset and wealth management software including portfolio construction, analytics, and performance tools for financial professionals.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
