Yum China board to consider quarterly dividend declaration August 5

Yum China Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: YUMC) announced that its board of directors will consider declaring a quarterly dividend on or around August 5, 2025, according to a company statement.

The disclosure follows Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules requiring advance notice of board meetings where dividend declarations are expected. The company stated that if the board decides to proceed with the dividend, the declaration will be adopted by board resolution and promptly disclosed.

Yum China emphasized that no board resolution regarding the dividend has been adopted as of the announcement date, and there is no assurance that the dividend will be declared.

The company operates over 16,000 restaurants under six brands across approximately 2,300 cities in China, including KFC and Pizza Hut as its leading brands in the quick-service and casual dining segments.
