WideOpenWest appoints six executives following DigitalBridge acquisition

WideOpenWest announced six executive appointments to its senior leadership team following completion of its acquisition by investment funds affiliated with DigitalBridge Group (NYSE: DBRG) and Crestview Partners.
The appointments, effective immediately, include Patrick Bratton as Chief Financial Officer, Aaron Brace as Chief Technology and Information Officer, Courtland Madock as Chief Commercial Officer, Heather McCallion as Chief Experience Officer, Roger Seiken as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and Kristine DiFiore as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
All executives report to newly appointed Chief Executive Officer Frank van der Post. DigitalBridge and Crestview completed the take-private acquisition of WOW on December 31, 2025, and appointed van der Post as CEO on January 6, 2026.
Bratton previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Breezeline for over 20 years. Brace worked as Vice President of Information Technology at Cogeco Communications. Madock held positions including President of the Consumer Group and Chief Marketing Officer at Brightspeed. McCallion served as Vice President of New Business and Business Transformation at Breezeline. Seiken continues in his current role at WOW, having joined the company in 2017. DiFiore previously worked as Vice President of Human Resources at Catholic Medical Center.
DigitalBridge manages $108 billion of infrastructure assets and Crestview manages funds with over $10 billion of aggregate capital commitments. The companies plan to invest in expanding and upgrading WOW's networks and adopting new technologies.
WOW operates in 20 markets primarily in the Midwest and Southeast, with a network that passes nearly 2 million residential, business and wholesale consumers.
