Wellgistics Health to distribute meme coins to shareholders

Wellgistics Health Inc. (NASDAQ: WGRX) announced it will distribute Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coins to stockholders, setting a record date of December 19, 2025, for determining eligibility.

The company specified that the meme coin does not represent equity, voting rights, or ownership in Wellgistics, nor does it provide rights to monetary payments or distributions. The coin is described as intended for personal, non-commercial use related to the Dream Bowl 2026 event and is not designed to function as an investment or financial product.
