Vonage showcases AI fraud detection tools at Dreamforce 2025

Vonage, a subsidiary of Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC), demonstrated new artificial intelligence and network innovations at Dreamforce 2025 in partnership with Salesforce.

The company showcased Vonage Contact Center integrated with Vonage Network APIs for Agentforce 360 users. The software solution uses real-time network insights and AI to enable automated customer verification and fraud protection that operates without user awareness.

Vonage introduced Vonage Agentforce Identity Insights and Fraud Detection, which provides contact center agents with real-time fraud detection and customer verification capabilities. The system aims to enhance security while improving customer experience in contact centers.

"Vonage is addressing some key transformational areas for businesses through its integrations with Agentforce 360," said Robin Gareiss, CEO of Metrigy. Research shows 58% of companies are adding or improving deterministic AI agents, with 54% working on agentic agents.

Customers Endress+Hauser, an industrial process measurement company, and Lennar, a home construction company, participated in presentations about their use of Vonage technology.

Salesforce awarded Vonage the 2025 Partner Innovation Award for the third consecutive year, recognizing its AI-driven voice capabilities integrated with Salesforce Voice. Vonage maintains the top rating among Salesforce partners on the AppExchange platform.
