Vitality, a behavioral health and insurance technology company, announced the expansion of its Vitality AI platform into the United States, in partnership with Google (NASDAQ: GOOGL). The platform is built on Google Cloud and uses Gemini Enterprise models alongside Vitality's dataset of more than 2,800 health and behavioral dimensions.
According to a press release statement, more than 210,000 people in the U.S. have received an AI-driven personalized health recommendation since June 2025, with 54% completing at least one AI-recommended health action.
The platform generates personalized health insights, coaching, and incentives. Vitality reports a 99.2% accuracy rate based on physicians' review of the AI's outputs. Members who received personalized recommendations were 3.3 times more likely to complete a mental wellbeing assessment and 2.7 times more likely to complete an online health review.
Vitality reported that recommending and incentivizing cancer screenings led to an estimated 23,302 additional screenings in 2025, resulting in 219 early detections. A $31 incentive increased the likelihood of cholesterol testing by 52%, according to the company.
For employers and insurers, Vitality claims engaged clients experience an average 4% reduction in healthcare claims costs, delivering a reported 180% return on investment. The platform also reportedly recovers an average of 4.4 productive days per employee per year, equivalent to $1,047 in annual savings per employee.
Vitality's U.S. business reported 22% year-over-year revenue growth and completed acquisitions of Icario, Ramp Health, and WellSpark. Vitality AI is currently operating in the U.S., UK, and South Africa.
Emile Stipp, CEO of Vitality AI, said: "Through our partnership with Google, we've shown that AI's impact on health care is no longer a promise – but a proven differentiator."
