VIS-101 is a bifunctional biologic targeting VEGF-A and ANG-2 for treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema and retinal vein occlusion. The drug has completed initial safety studies in the United States and China and is currently in a Phase 2 study in China. Visara expects VIS-101 to be ready for Phase 3 trials in 2026.
