Terra Balcanica plans C$750,000 private placement at C$0.05 per unit
Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (CSE: TERA, FRA: UB1, OTCQB: TEBAF) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 15,000,000 units at C$0.05 per unit, seeking gross proceeds of up to C$750,000.
Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant to purchase an additional common share at C$0.10, exercisable for 24 months from the closing date. The closing date is expected on or before July 17, 2026, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval and other customary conditions.
The company stated it intends to use the proceeds for three purposes: costs associated with a UK stock exchange listing, a ground geophysical survey at the Cumavici target, and the start of a Phase IV drilling program at Cumavici within its Viogor project in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Securities issued within four months of closing will be subject to a hold period of four months plus one day under Canadian securities law. The company may pay finder's fees in cash and warrants on a portion of the placement. The units will be offered under prospectus exemptions in Canada, the United States, and certain other jurisdictions.
