Terra Balcanica plans C$300,000 private placement at C$0.05 per unit

Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (CSE: TERA; FRA: UB1; OTCQB: TEBAF) announced plans for a non-brokered private placement to raise up to C$300,000 through the issuance of up to 6 million units priced at C$0.05 each.



Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant. The warrants allow holders to purchase additional common shares at C$0.10 per share for 24 months from the closing date.



The company expects to close the financing on or before April 3, 2026, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval and execution of subscription agreements. Securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period under Canadian securities laws.



Terra Balcanica intends to use proceeds for land holding costs and to renew mineral exploration properties in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company may pay finder's fees in cash and warrants on portions of the placement.



The Vancouver-based company focuses on polymetallic and energy metals exploration in the Balkans and holds a 90% interest in the Viogor-Zanik Project in eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina.



The securities have not been registered under U.S. securities laws and may not be offered or sold in the United States without registration or an applicable exemption.
