TTM Technologies names two new directors after retirements

TTM Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: TTMI) announced board changes effective May 7, 2026, following the company's annual stockholder meeting. Two current directors will retire and two new independent directors will join the board.
Thomas Edman, the company's former president and chief executive officer and current Class I board member, and John Mayer, a current Class III board member, will retire from the board after the 2026 annual meeting. Mayer's retirement is required under TTM's corporate governance guidelines, which mandate retirement for directors at age 75.
Daniel G. Korte has been appointed as a Class I director to fill Edman's position, with a term expiring at the 2028 annual meeting. Korte previously served as global vice president of aerospace at PPG Industries Inc. until his retirement in 2023 and currently serves on the boards of Ducommun Incorporated and Woodward Inc..
Ryan D. McCarthy, who served as the 24th Secretary of the Army from 2019 to 2021, has been appointed as a Class III director with a term expiring at the 2027 annual meeting. McCarthy currently serves as an operating partner at Capitol Meridian Partners and sits on the board of CACI International Inc. (NYSE: CACI).
"We are excited to welcome Dan and Ryan to our Board," said Rex Geveden, chair of the TTM board of directors, according to the company's statement.
TTM Technologies manufactures technology products including mission systems, radio frequency components and printed circuit boards. The board appointments were made by unanimous vote of the remaining board members.
