Surf Air Mobility Inc. (NYSE: SRFM) has signed a definitive agreement with Flying Zebra to deploy its OperatorOS flight operations software, according to a company press release.

The contract is Surf Air Mobility's fifth commercial OperatorOS agreement and contributes toward the company's stated goal of having five operators live on the platform by the end of 2026. Under the terms of the deal, Surf Air Mobility will earn a percentage of revenue for all Flying Zebra trips managed through the software.

Flying Zebra currently operates four aircraft. OperatorOS is designed to manage aircraft and crew scheduling, flight management, reporting, and distribution for Part 135 operators. The software is powered by Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR).

Barrett Brown, President of SurfOS for Surf Air Mobility, said: "With Flying Zebra, we now have five signed OperatorOS agreements. We committed to having five operators using the software by the end of the year, and getting each one onto the platform is our priority."

OperatorOS has been used internally to run Surf Air Mobility's airline operations, Southern Airways and Mokulele Airlines, since 2025. The Federal Aviation Administration has approved it as an authorized system of record for electronic signatures and recordkeeping.
