SuperCom wins third Texas electronic monitoring contract

SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB) has secured a third electronic monitoring contract in Texas, this time with a county juvenile probation agency, displacing the agency's existing provider, according to a press release from the company.

The contract was awarded following a multi-week live-unit evaluation in which SuperCom's PureOne GPS solution was tested against competing products. Under the agreement, SuperCom will deploy its PureOne all-in-one GPS tracking bracelet to support the agency's juvenile supervision program. The contract operates on a recurring revenue model based on daily active units.

SuperCom entered the Texas market in December 2025 and has since secured three county-level contracts in the state.

Ordan Trabelsi, President and CEO of SuperCom, said the company has secured more than 45 new electronic monitoring contracts in the United States since mid-2024 and more than 20 national project wins across Europe. He also cited trailing twelve-month EBITDA of approximately $11.7 million through the second quarter of 2026.

SuperCom's PureOne device combines GPS, cell-tower, and Wi-Fi positioning with LTE communications, tamper-detection mechanisms, and configurable zone and scheduling capabilities.
